Value creation

Creating value for everyone involved

Photovoltaic systems provide us with an independent and cost-effective power supply without consuming finite resources. In combination with storage systems, they not only secure our electricity supply day and night, but also offer decisive advantages for the approving communities, the property owners, the environment and the local people.

In addition to a clear and necessary commitment to the energy transition, communities benefit above all from a financial contribution to the income from the solar park and  Trade tax revenue

- and all without anything in return.

For landowners

By leasing their land for a photovoltaic system, landowners secure a long-term, lucrative and independent source of income. Often it's not just the owners themselves who benefit from this. They also provide for future generations.

For investors

Photovoltaic systems are an extremely lucrative and safe option for investors due to their simple technology, low risk of failure and the income protection provided by the EEG. We want to offer local people the opportunity to benefit individually from the system.

For the environment

In addition to the urgent need to counteract climate change and become independent of fossil fuels, the immediate environment also benefits from a solar park by protecting soil, air, water, plants and animals.

Competition for land to grow food?

NO!

15%

of German arable land is currently used to grow energy crops such as corn or rapeseed.

80 ha

Area for organic corn is needed to produce the same amount of electricity as one hectare of photovoltaics. This means you could generate electricity on one hectare and use the remaining 79 hectares to produce food!

6.6 million km

An electric car travels the distance using the electricity generated annually from one hectare of photovoltaics. With the biodiesel from 1 hectare of rapeseed, a standard car only travels around 30,000 km. That corresponds to a factor of 220!

This means that photovoltaics are not in competition with food production for land, but rather with electricity production from biomass and, thanks to their efficiency, even help in the long term to reclaim land for growing food!
