We lease the space for a period of up to 30 years. It is not uncommon that not only you, but also the next generation benefit from a solar park. In this way, you can secure a long-term, secure, lucrative and independent source of income for yourself and your successors!
No risk / no responsibility
A contract that is fair for both parties is concluded for the leasing. It is particularly important to us to maintain close local partnerships over such a long period of time and to leave a large part of the added value with the property owners.
The property remains your property at all times; you can use the area as you wish until construction begins and you will receive your property back the way you handed it over to us. You will receive the lease payments from the start of construction until the facility is completely dismantled. The original status of the area (e.g. arable land) is also retained, as the area only temporarily becomes a “special area for photovoltaics”.
